Black satin silk and mercerised satin, gold thread embroidery, polychrome silk. The four little wings on the cap are decorated with brightly coloured silk embroidery: the mitre and crosier are topped by a blue bird, the whole surrounded by flowering foliage. The edges of the pendants carry the Arma Christi i.e. the instruments of the Passion: the Cross, the whip, dice, the hammer, pincers, nails, the lance, the sponge and the cockerel, intermingled with flying butterflies and insects.
